Helen been a massage and beauty specialist since 1993. In 1995, she relocated from Northern England to work for a resort on Seven Mile Beach. A few years later, she opened Spa To Go. In 1998, the Cayman Islands Health Practitioners Board recognized me as a registered therapeutic massage therapist. In the UK, Helen worked at Ragdale Hall, which is a prominent health spa in Leicestershire. she loves when clients look in the mirror after I’ve done a treatment or makeover and they say, “wow, I look amazing.” Helen says “Giving massages are also very enjoyable. Touch is important for your mind, body, and soul. After my clients leave they feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.” She performed makeup services for hundreds of destination weddings. Nicky has done the same for hundreds of group events with her team of employees. They have also done children’s birthdays, manis, pedis, mini facials, mini massages, mini makeups, and mini hair upstyles for fashion shows and photoshoots. Even baby showers and bachelorette parties.
Another service Avec Moi offer is corporate wellness days, where they’ll give your staff a chair massage, manis and/or pedis.
She enjoy assisting the Cayman Islands Breast Cancer Foundation with providing treatments via the wellness plan to support the men and women that are undergoing chemotherapy treatments.
Helen says “The power of touch is innate. The laying of hands is healing and comforting both physically and spiritually, and I have found my purpose by helping others.”
